Two Parts to the Session

  • Look – Every time we look at something, assess a new situation, start a new project, meet a new person, the brain makes assumptions about this ‘newness’. This means that we are filled with unchallenged, restrictive and dangerous assumptions about our work, the world and what we perceive daily at work.
  • Look Again – Although ‘looking’ comes naturally, looking again is where innovation truly happens, as we get to challenge the assumptions we made and find new, exciting ways to create, see and expand.

UnLearn & ReLearn helps teams recreate their personal and organisation identities for a future of unprecedented change, understand the ever-changing business climate and how they can best position themselves to thrive in it by building cultures that promote consistent ‘re-imagination’.

Workshops can be anything between half-a-day to two-days. The workshop offers highly interactive engagement including some experiential learning exercises and can be presented in person or virtually.
