After a near death experience, where Seraj’s heart stopped while on a treadmill, he has put together a compact 7-step process of slowing down, recapturing your zest for life, and allowing you to live a more fulfilled life, NOW, not only in the future. He is currently writing a book called, The Quick Guide to Slowing Down, to be launched in the 3 rd quarter of 2024.

Seraj had 16 years in corporate South Africa before becoming a serial entrepreneur for the last 12 years. He is a former professional beach volleyball player who represented South
Africa, a lecturer and keynote speaker. He has spoken on several business-related topics in London, Stockholm, Kinshasa and South Africa, and can often be seen on national television commenting on small business as a specialists in Entrepreneurship.
